Drees Custom Homes debuts model in Legacy Gardens

The Dallas Builders Association’s Home of the Week is from Drees Custom Homes, an award-winning national homebuilder that announced the opening of its newest model in Legacy Gardens, one of Prosper’s latest amenity-rich communities.

The model, the Lauren II, blends the best of ranch-style living with sleek, modern design throughout.

The floor plan features more than 3,500 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, a game room and a covered outdoor living space.

The kitchen provides a luxury quartz waterfall island, a butler’s pantry and a wine bar.

Legacy Gardens is a 300-acre, master-planned community located just north of U.S. Highway 380. The community has a modern amenity center, an infinity-edge resort-style pool, a fitness studio with Peloton bikes, interactive playgrounds and walking trails.

Legacy Gardens is part of the Prosper Independent School District and will include future onsite elementary and middle schools.

Drees Custom Homes also builds at nearby master-planned communities, including Light Farms, Windsong Ranch and Union Park.

Its Build on your Lot program allows homebuyers to build on their own lot in a custom neighborhood or via an infill opportunity.

Drees has been family owned and operated for more than 90 years. The company has earned the title of “America’s Best Builder” (twice) from Builder magazine and “National Builder of the Year” from Professional Builder magazine, as well as the “National Housing Quality Award” from the National Association of Home Builders. This is known as the “Triple Crown” of national homebuilding awards. For more information, visit dreeshomes.com.
