Investigators are seek for a person who submitted fraudulent insurance coverage claims for $2,200 in funds.

John F. King, Georgia’s Insurance coverage and Security Hearth Commissioner, mentioned 32-year-old Hampton resident Jacob Place is needed for 2 counts of insurance coverage fraud and two counts of first-degree forgery. 

The alleged claims occurred in Henry County. 

A Henry County decide issued warrants for Place’s arrest on March 14. 

“The suspect submitted two private harm claims to Aflac for a complete of $2,200,” King mentioned. “Mr. Place subsequently submitted paperwork together with his declare to assist his accidents. Investigators later found that the paperwork had been fraudulent, and the suspect didn’t maintain the claimed accidents.”
