Insurance coverage dealer Marsh to exit Russia

March 10 (Reuters) – Marsh & McLennan (MMC.N), the world’s largest insurance coverage dealer, stated on Thursday it would exit all of its companies in Russia.

“We intend to switch possession of our Russian companies to native administration who will function independently within the Russian market,” Chief Govt Officer Dan Glaser stated in a press release.

The transfer comes as working in Moscow has been more and more tough for Western monetary establishments amid worldwide sanctions towards Russia.
