Officers responded to a strong-arm theft at a fuel station positioned on the 2600 block of Lakewood Boulevard, close to Willow Avenue, on Sunday afternoon.
Officers have been dispatched at roughly 1:29 p.m. and upon arrival, discovered a lady with minor accidents who advised police that whereas working as a cashier, 4 unknown males entered the shop, mentioned LBPD spokesperson Richard Mejia.
The robbers grabbed the shop’s money registers, leading to a short bodily confrontation with the cashier, Mejia mentioned.
The robbers then fled in a van, heading northbound on Lakewood Boulevard, earlier than officers arrived, mentioned LBPD.
