OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) – The Owensboro Police Division responded to High quality Comfort for an armed theft report.

They are saying it occurred Sunday morning round 7:20 a.m. on Leitchfield Street.

In line with a press launch, a tall white man sporting a brown jacket and masks entered the fuel station, offered a handgun and demanded cash.

OPD says the suspect fled on foot with an unknown sum of money.

This comes after three different fuel stations have been robbed this previous week in Owensboro. The primary three robberies reported on Feb. 6, 11 and 12.
