DEVILS LAKE – LRSC Collegiate DECA had an excellent efficiency on the 2022 ND State Collegiate DECA Convention held on the Vacation Inn in Fargo on Sunday, February thirteenth, and Monday, February 14th.

Six of the seven college students that competed on the convention certified for the Worldwide Profession & Improvement Convention to be held in Baltimore, Maryland in April.

Braden Price, Sam McKay, and Shannon Beecroft positioned first within the Promoting Marketing campaign ready occasion. Gavin Brown and Kinzley Knutson positioned first within the Advertising and marketing Communications staff occasion.

Gavin Brown positioned second within the Advertising and marketing Administration particular person occasion. Sam McKay and Shannon Beecroft positioned second within the Enterprise-to-Enterprise Advertising and marketing staff occasion.

Tommy Nikolaisen positioned third within the Resort and Lodging particular person occasion.

Kinzley Knutson positioned fourth within the Restaurant & Meals Service Administration particular person occasion. Braden Price and Tommy Nikolaisen positioned fourth within the Occasion Planning staff occasion.
