Thinx settles lawsuit over interval underwear advertising: What to know

For years, period-absorbing underwear model Thinx bought itself as an unfussy, unhazardous, natural different to conventional menstrual merchandise via playful adverts on subways and social media.

Thinx “denies the entire allegations within the lawsuit and denies that Thinx did something improper or illegal,” the settlement says.
