STOCKHOLM–Swedish industrial software maker Atlas Copco AB stated Tuesday it has acquired the working belongings of MedCore Companies Inc., a medical fuel service supplier in Toronto, Canada.
MedCore Companies was based in 2010 and has 7 workers. It had income of round 1.5 million Canadian {dollars} ($1.1 million) in 2021.
The corporate companies piped medical fuel tools, together with medical air programs, vacuum programs, and pipeline tools.
The acquisition worth wasn’t disclosed.
