YORK COUNTY, S.C. — York County leaders opened up Wednesday concerning the debate over a 21-story tower in Fort Mill.

MorningStar Church needs to show the property, into senior housing, however its plans have led to a close to decade lengthy authorized battle with York County.

In February, the church complained, saying the town agreed to drop litigation in 2020, however then despatched a discover later saying it deliberate to reinstate the authorized battle.
