I am positive you’ve got learn, heard, and seen all the issues with the Blacksburg rezoning for Legacy on South Fundamental and why it shouldn’t be permitted.

If this proposal is permitted it’s successfully saying to my neighbors and fellow Blacksburg residents that what we envisioned for our city is meaningless and could be modified for any purpose for any company. This rezoning is an egregious violation of our shared view of how we wish our city to develop. All the hassle put into the Complete Plan was a waste of time to create a mirage for us residents to suppose the federal government had taken our needs to coronary heart. You should have lied to us.
Please clarify to me why all that work to develop what we needed for our city is being trashed so some individuals could make an ‘acceptable revenue’ on this parcel of land?
