WATERLOO, IA– Chief Valley is worked up to announce a brand new Management & Legacy Scholarship for Minority College students that can profit highschool college students all through the Cedar Valley with plans to attend faculty. Established by CBE Firms (CBE) Proprietor and Chairman Tom Penaluna and his spouse Ginger, this scholarship will fund and award annual scholarships and supply management coaching to minority youth in Black Hawk County, with an emphasis on those that have attended ‘Chief in Me’ faculties.

“Chief Valley’s ‘Chief in Me’ initiative prepares college students with employability and management abilities no matter their race, faith, or socio-economic backgrounds,” explains Penaluna. “Ginger and I hope this scholarship fund will assist create a greater atmosphere for these deprived minority college students after they graduate, to come back again to the Cedar Valley and assist our group grow to be extra inclusive which can open doorways to new considering and enriching lives.”
