Croma Safety Options Group PLC stated Friday that Finance Director Richard Juett will stand down on March 31 for private causes, and that Teodora Andreeva has been appointed to the position on April 1.
The London-listed security-services supplier stated Mrs. Andreeva is at the moment the corporate’s monetary controller and has vital expertise and information of the enterprise.
Shares at 0830 GMT have been flat at 59.50 pence.
