DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – A Davenport lady was arrested and charged with insurance coverage fraud, in accordance with Iowa Insurance coverage Division’s Fraud Bureau.
Kathryn Hosmer, 36, is charged with 5 counts of insurance coverage fraud – presenting false data, a Class D Felony, and forgery, an aggravated misdemeanor.
The Iowa Insurance coverage Division’s Fraud Bureau stated they began an investigation in October 2022.
In line with prison complaints, Hosmer offered fraudulent paperwork to an insurer in reference to an insurance coverage declare.
Hosmer was arrested on Jan. 15, in Muscatine and booked into the Muscatine County Jail. Hosmer posted a $25,000 bond and was launched.
