Deputies looking for suspect accused of taking pictures man throughout fuel station theft

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Deputies with the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Workplace stated they’re looking for the one who shot a person contained in the restroom of a preferred fuel station on Essen Lane Wednesday afternoon.

It occurred round 3:15 p.m. on the RaceTrac fuel station on Essen Lane close to I-10.

The sufferer was taken to an space hospital to be handled, officers say.

The supervisor of a enterprise close to the fuel station tells WAFB the sufferer was one among his staff.

The sufferer was shot within the leg. Investigators say it’s unclear what led to the taking pictures.

Deputies say the alleged gunman left the scene and authorities are at present looking for him within the space surrounding the fuel station.

A girl who was with the alleged gunman has been detained, deputies say.
