BRUSSELS, Feb 28 (Reuters) – EU defence ministers will focus on plans on Monday to collectively finance deliveries of weapons price 500 million euros to Ukraine, and these will embrace a variety of defensive arms to repel Russian forces, the bloc’s international coverage chief stated.
