Two SUNY Fredonia college members – Affiliate Professor Kate Mahoney and Assistant Professor Jessica Finkeldey – have been designated 2022 SUNY On-line Educating Ambassadors, an honor that acknowledges exemplary on-line educators who’re enthusiastic and efficient in on-line educating and who’re optimistic and robust advocates for on-line educating in SUNY.

Dr. Finkeldey, of the Division of Sociocultural and Justice Sciences, focuses her analysis on predictors and penalties of delinquent habits and get in touch with with the prison justice system. She primarily teaches prison justice programs that embody CRMJ 100: Introduction to Felony Justice, CRMJ 340: Introduction to Corrections, CRMJ 370: Criminology and CRMJ 361: Capital Punishment. Hagan Younger Scholar/Artist Award at SUNY Fredonia.
