GE Healthcare introduced that former Raytheon basic counsel Frank Jimenez will be part of the corporate this month to steer its authorized and coverage groups.
Jimenez, who left Raytheon in December, might be GE Healthcare’s first authorized chief. The division, which makes imaging scanners and different units, is being disentangled from GE’s aviation and power items as a part of a plan to show three companies into separate public corporations. Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher are advising GE on its well being care spinoff, presently slated for 2023.
