The German Ministry of Finance Feb. 24 launched Tax Courtroom Determination No. VIII R 12/19, explaining the tax on loans to partnerships. The taxpayers had been two restricted companions of two separate companies. The taxpayers transferred the shares of these companies to a basis which that they had based and had been each board members of.
