The Dodge Metropolis Girl Demons basketball group improved to 14-3 total, 3-2 in WAC play, with a 66-33 win over Backyard Metropolis Excessive Faculty lately.
The Girl Demons have been capturing 57% on the ground and 50% behind the arc within the recreation whereas Backyard shot 34% on the ground.
Dodge Metropolis outscored Backyard Metropolis 40-13 within the first half of play and 24-20 within the second half. Dodge Metropolis had three scorers that scored greater than 10 factors within the recreation. Amaya Perez led the group with 16 factors, Victoria Gonzalez scored 15 factors and 4 rebounds. Camree Johnson is getting nearer to the varsity file for many factors in a season as she scored 14 factors and 6 rebounds within the recreation. Backyard Metropolis was led by Amaya Gallegos’ 15 factors.
