TEXARKANA, Ark. – Habitat for Humanity of Texarkana has been constructing properties in the neighborhood since 1986, and now the group is seeking to do extra dwelling repairs.
The Metropolis of Texarkana, Arkansas lately teamed up with the non-profit to assist senior residents get some minor fixes performed round their home at no cost.

Govt Director Mary Wormington says it is essential that senior residents handle minor fixes now, earlier than they grow to be a significant restore.
Candidates have to be an Arkansas resident who’s 65 years or older, disabled or a army veteran, and personal their dwelling with proof of present dwelling insurance coverage.
Eligibility for this system can also be income-based.
