Neil Canney, 52, and Selena Canney, 50, every of 183 City Farm Highway, have been indicted on fees of elevated aggravated assault, aggravated assault, housebreaking, felony trespass with a harmful weapon, and terrorizing with a harmful weapon.
Investigators stated the 2 assaulted Edwin Bennett, 67, within the early morning hours of July 27 after breaking into his Bennett Highway dwelling in Buckfield.
