Match to Combat is a three-month program being provided with help from Quincy Medical Group and the Mount Sterling Neighborhood Heart YMCA annual marketing campaign.
The twice-weekly health class focuses on constructing energy, flexibility and endurance and enhancing power ranges for general well being and wellness. Individuals will obtain a free YMCA membership throughout this system.
Class dimension is proscribed to 10 individuals and can start March 1.
