INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis Public Colleges has introduced plans to supply short- and long-term help for lecturers and workers throughout the district.
The initiatives embody bonuses for all workers, a partnership with on-line and cellular remedy platform Talkspace to offer no-cost skilled psychological well being help, and new alternatives for distant work and versatile educating roles.

IPS workers will obtain bonuses of $1,000 within the fall of 2022 and fall of 2023 semesters in addition to a $1,500 bonus throughout the spring 2023 semester.
$15 million in funding for the help initiatives will come from the $213.5 million the college district obtained from the American Rescue Plan’s Elementary Secondary College Emergency Aid fund.
