Latam Airways requested modifications and a refinancing of phrases of its current Debtor-in-Possession mortgage, in accordance with a submitting despatched by Latam Friday to Chile’s regulators.
- Latam requested extension as present DIP mortgage matured April 8
- Latam’s board reviewed and accepted the modified DIP mortgage; continues to be pending approval from courtroom
- Phrases for elements A and B of the prevailing DIP mortgage will stay unchanged, whereas funds from half C will enhance to $1.245b from $1.15b; Apollo Administration and Oaktree Capital Administration will present the extra funds
