Legacy Companions has secured three way partnership fairness from New York Life Actual Property Buyers for the event of the eight-story Bellevue Station multifamily venture in Bellevue, Wash. The transit-oriented improvement is within the metropolis’s Bel-Purple hall submarket.

The 288-unit Bellevue Station, positioned at 1525 132nd Ave. N.E., will provide 230 market-rate residences and 58 below-market Multifamily Tax Exemption items. Resident facilities will embody managed entry, a fitness center with a separate yoga zone, a espresso bar, a rooftop membership room with related terrace, and an indoor/outside video games room. The foyer will even embody co-working house full with open cubicles for residents. Bellevue Station will embody 10,000 sq. toes of retail house.

Mission Particulars

Bellevue Station shall be constructed on lower than 2 acres of land beforehand occupied by an industrial facility. The venture was designed by Encore Architects. Legacy Companions has not but damaged floor on the property and expects to finish development by the primary quarter of 2025.
