A legislative auditor’s report finds the state Division of Employment and Financial Improvement is falling brief on detecting fraud in Minnesota’s Unemployment Insurance coverage program, both by impostors or by identification theft.  Republican Consultant Rod Hamilton from Mountain Lake says:
