ATLANTA, Ga. — Truist Financial institution customers reported on-line outages to Channel 2 Motion Information Friday.

A metro Atlanta Truist Financial institution official confirmed with Channel 2 Motion Information that each one on-line banking companies had been down.

“On-line and cell banking are briefly unavailable. Thanks on your persistence—we’re working to be again up and operating shortly,” the financial institution posted on-line.

The financial institution confirmed round 2 p.m. that the techniques had been down for 2 hours, however are again up and operating.

“Earlier this morning, our cell and on-line banking companies had been unavailable for roughly two hours, and we apologize to our purchasers for the inconvenience this triggered. The technical concern has now been resolved and purchasers have entry to cell and on-line banking,” Truist wrote in an announcement.
