MANTEO, N.C. (WAVY) — Cape Hatteras Nationwide Seashore will maintain a public dialogue on Wednesday about some oceanfront houses which can be at risk of collapsing onto the seashore.
The assembly can be held from 6-7 p.m. on the Rodanthe-Waves-Salvo Group Constructing at 23646 N.C. Freeway 12, Rodanthe.
Nationwide Parks of Japanese North Carolina Superintendent David Hallac, Dare County Commissioner Danny Sofa and Dare County Planning Director Noah Gillam can be on the in-person assembly to debate current and potential future issues and reply questions.
The assembly comes on the heels of a five-bedroom residence’s current collapse at 24183 Ocean Drive in Rodanthe, simply south of the Hatteras Island Fishing Pier.
