Les Snead has run the Los Angeles Rams with a “f–k them draft picks” perspective over the course of his tenure as basic supervisor. 

Now a Tremendous Bowl champion, Snead is absolutely embracing the meme.

Kara Snead, his spouse, provided a glimpse on the shirt her husband was carrying for Wednesday’s Tremendous Bowl parade:

The meme is a play on the well-known Michael Jordan “f–k them youngsters” meme. In keeping with memelore, Chris Paul guess Jordan that if he missed three photographs in an around-the-world taking pictures contest, youngsters at a youth basketball camp would obtain free Jordans if MJ misplaced.
