We’re at the moment on the hunt for a skilled booker/advertising and marketing assistant based mostly in Melbourne to help our Reserving group and director throughout cross style, industrial & influencer bookings and advertising and marketing actions.
Candidates will need to have expertise reserving and/or managing expertise and have updated information of style and industrial shoppers throughout Sydney & Melbourne. Expertise with scouting expertise can also be beneficial.
Ideally, the profitable applicant will need to have labored for a reputable modelling or inventive company and works effectively below stress (if not this job just isn’t for you!)
Have to be proficient in PC’s, Microsoft Workplace Suite, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Inventive Suite, On-line Casting Portals, Fundamental Admin expertise, Cellphone expertise and Gross sales.
A day within the position will appear like:
- Liaising with each style and industrial shoppers to match expertise to briefs
- Sustaining optimistic relationships with shoppers
- Normal administration duties
- Advertising and marketing and model analysis to accumulate new shoppers
- Interviewing potential expertise
Our best candidate will:
- Have a minimal of 2-year expertise working in an company
- Have sturdy communication expertise, each verbal and written
- Work effectively below stress
- Sturdy means to multitask
Coaching in our system might be offered.
Half time/3 days per week as a subcontractor or contracted worker to start out in February.
