(Alliance Information) – Revo Insurance coverage Spa reported Monday that it bought 2,734 of its personal peculiar shares between Jan. 9 and Jan. 13.
The shares had been taken over at a mean unit value of EUR8.2275, for a complete worth of EUR22,494.01.
As of right this moment, the corporate holds 145,318 treasury shares, accounting for 0.6 p.c of its share capital.
Revo Insurance coverage’s inventory is down 1.2 p.c at EUR8.30 per share.
