The Romanian suppliers complain that the Authorities has not disbursed them the subsidies alleged to cowl the losses generated by the capping of the end-user costs.
The prices of the “cap and subsidy” scheme enforced by the Authorities final November have been coated thus far by the suppliers themselves.
“It’s neither the position nor the experience of corporations to do social safety. That is the position of the state,” Laurenţiu Urluescu, head of the Romanian Electrical energy Suppliers Affiliation (AFEER), stated, quoted by Ziarul Financiar.
In distinction, the suppliers complained that if they don’t pay to funds the VAT and excise duties associated to the invoices they problem, the state expenses them fines and curiosity.
The minister of labor, Marius Budai, on February 21, introduced that the primary funds have been made to the vitality suppliers on the identical day.
“ANPIS, a unit subordinated to the Ministry of Labor, began as we speak disbursing the cash to the suppliers. The fee requests issued by 9 vitality suppliers have already been processed, and we’ll proceed the funds within the subsequent few days till the state of affairs is settled,” the minister acknowledged on his Fb web page.
