Rogers County deputies stated they caught a lady stealing gasoline from a county work website Sunday morning.
A deputy on patrol in Claremore noticed the gates of the work website open, so he drove inside and noticed a lady with a gasoline can close to a tractor.
The deputy stated the girl took off working however was caught.
The deputy reported the suspect smelled like gasoline and the tank plug of the tractor had been eliminated.
The lady, recognized as Jessica Martin, advised the deputy she was stealing gasoline as a result of could not afford to purchase any.
The deputy discovered marijuana, meth, fentanyl, two full gasoline cans and instruments whereas looking out Martin’s automobile.
Martin was booked into Rogers County jail.
