Russian invasion shut down 30% of Ukraine’s financial system, finance minister says

LVIV, Ukraine, March 19 (Reuters) – The Russian invasion has pressured 30% of Ukraine’s financial system to cease working, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko stated in a televised interview on Saturday.

“Our tax revenues don’t enable us to cowl our wants, (due to this fact) the primary income stream is borrowing,” Marchenko stated.
