LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville officers have launched a small enterprise mortgage program meant to deliver again the vibrancy of downtown.

The Louisville Downtown Partnership (LDP) launched the mortgage program to financially assist small enterprise homeowners who wish to open storefronts in downtown Louisville.

The Downtown Small Enterprise Mortgage was created to “improve vibrancy in downtown Louisville”, in response to an LDP press launch.

Rebecca Fleischaker, government director of LDP, stated the nonprofit desires to beat Louisville’s hurdles in relation to opening small companies and making certain they keep in enterprise.
