South Africa’s Discovery, AIA to accomplice for Asian insurance coverage tech enterprise

Feb 15 (Reuters) – South Africa’s Discovery Ltd (DSYJ.J) stated on Tuesday it will arrange an Asia-focused medical health insurance expertise enterprise in partnership with Hong Kong-listed AIA Group Ltd (1299.HK).

Discovery will personal 25% of the three way partnership, to be known as Amplify Well being, whereas AIA will personal the remaining.
