The Division of Meals Science and the Heart for Human Vitamin on the College of Arkansas are recruiting adults between the ages of 25-50 years to take part in a vitamin examine associated to time-restricted feeding (consuming for 8 hours and fasting for 16 hours every day).
The examine lasts as much as 14 weeks and includes 11-12 visits to the College of Arkansas and the Heart for Human Vitamin. The examine includes measurements of sleep, temper, eating regimen, and different features of well being.
