WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — The State Fireplace Marshal is investigating after an early morning fireplace broken a Winter Backyard house Thursday morning.

Crews with the Winter Backyard Fireplace Rescue Division responded to stories of smoke from a house at 507 Bethune Avenue simply after 1:30 a.m.

Fireplace officers mentioned the house was with out energy and it seemed to be vacant.
